knowRX, Inc., in collaboration with Encore Research, Inc., has developed a unique approach to educating physicians about clinical drug trials. We invite and encourage all physicians involved in the care of patients to be trained on issues and considerations in the conduct of clinical trials. This represents the initial step in establishing a sustainable digital platform for physician-patient participation in clinical research to achieve Therapeutic Equity™. Our training is a unique web-accessible, on-demand course designed to prepare busy physicians for various roles in clinical trials including that of a principal investigator.

This course is taught primarily by physicians for physicians with the goal of educating attendees on investigator fundamentals, regulatory requirements, and the most intriguing clinical research issues currently facing physicians. This course will be enriched with perspectives from multiple cultures that are well-known to be disproportionately impacted by certain diseases and often underrepresented in clinical trials. The sessions are 20 minutes to 1 hour in length and follow an interactive case study format differing from other educational opportunities.

The original platform for this CME course has received approval from Transcelerate® as an accepted training program for Good Clinical Practice certification recognized by 20 biopharmaceutical companies.
